Bob started his career in mortgage banking and from the ground up quickly became a success in the industry. Mr. Graham has over 20 years experience in financial sales experience with Fortune 500 companies and successful start up organizations, including management of two of the most successful mortgage E-commerce platforms. Garth was in charge of E-commerce and Marketing for ABN AMRO Mortgage, one of the nation’s largest residential lenders with over 1.5 million customers. He led a team of Consultants and Senior Managers in development and approval of the AAMG Strategic Plan, and was part of executive team that successfully sold AAMG to CitiBank in a multi-billion dollar deal in March 2007. Mr. Graham has been featured in Mortgage Banking magazine, and was a member of the Mortgage Technology advisory board.

Mr. Sullivan and Mr. Graham are principals in eApproval.com. In 2007, eApproval represented Portellus in the licensing of their loan origination technology to FiServ.

Case Study

In 2009, Homeownership Preservation Foundation launched the FLS video solution. It’s being used over 25,000 times per month, supporting outreach and education to consumers on the 995hope.org website. The solution provides videos about the government’s Making Home Affordable program, including modification options and foreclosure prevention.
