About Garth Graham

Mr. Graham has over 20 years experience in financial sales experience with Fortune 500 companies and successful start up organizations, including management of two of the most successful mortgage E-commerce platforms. 

 

Mr. Graham has managed business to consumer marketing for ABN AMRO Mortgage, one of the nations largest mortgage lenders, responsible for over $5M annual budget and retention and cross sell responsibility for over 1.5M customers. He launched marketing campaigns in support of the “mortgage.com” consumer portal, generating over 650,000 web site visitors per month, resulting in $22B in originations and $280M in operating profit over 4 year period.  In addition, he managed the online web channels, including budgeting, business plan, marketing, design and indirect management of the development team.

 

At mortgage.com, Mr. Graham was a key member of Executive Management team that led the startup company through dramatic expansion and a successful IPO in August 1999. He was directly responsible for overall Customer Experience (Sales) at their top 5 mortgage web site, receiving over 750,000 user sessions per month. Mr. Graham built and managed two Tele-web centers, with over 200 agents, handling over 10,000 inquiries monthly. He created a service and sales culture, maintaining over 90% customer satisfaction, with productivity twice the industry average.

 

Mr. Sullivan and Mr. Graham are principals in eApproval.com.  In 2007, eApproval represented Portellus in the licensing of their loan origination technology to FiServ.

Case Study

In 2009, Homeownership Preservation Foundation launched the FLS video solution. It’s being used over 25,000 times per month, supporting outreach and education to consumers on the 995hope.org website. The solution provides videos about the government’s Making Home Affordable program, including modification options and foreclosure prevention.
